Red Light and Careless Driving HTA 130
We where driving legal limits and we saw a yellow that was to late, looking at traffic and pedestrian I assessed and decided to clear the corner.
An Officer that was travelling on the cross street, pull me over and since I explained we just moved to Hamilton gave me a HTA 130 careless driving.
My record is clean and I was with with my wife at the time.
Should I plead not guilty and since my mother tong is French, we did not understood well the logic of the officer
