Representation Form
A friend of mine got a ticket for parking at visitor parking in front of the building where I live (apparently you have to write down your license plates each time you do that). I wanted to go to court for him to dissmiss the ticket.
Is there a sample form that he has to sign so I could represent him?

Yes it is a real ticket, the building manager comes out ones in a while and writes them out to whoever didn't sign in
