You broke the law....................sounds like you had poor control of the bycycle and ran a stop sign.
Imagine if a car was coming the other way and plowed into you, the headlines in the paper would read:
Street racer kills man bringing a hanging basket home for his mom!
If this is the only ticket you recieved if the last 3 years, you should ...

Re: And another reason to strike down S.172
Fantino still thinks the roadside trial is amazing. Imagine his reaction if the SIU were given the same sort of arbitrary, irrevocable authority. He'd be foaming at the mouth. I'm not suggesting the SIU should be given anything like that.

Re: Driver clocked at 250 km/h
And yes, I have spun my tires this winter, but not intentionally. The act requires intent to fall under the definition of stunting. Obviously, this can be misinterpreted by an officer as intentionally spinning tires if I keep it up for too long (e.g., getting out of deep snow), but we have to put some degree of trust in our officers. We pay ...

Sorry about that, I hope you drink decaf or half decaf!
Squishy:
Did you spin the tires under acceleration this winter on any of the vehicles in your garage?

That guy is a moron!
There's a few stories floating around that he went to the same street racing school as OPP Constable Fischer, can anyone verify this?

Speeding tickets, yes, but up to 15 km/h over the limit for first offence in a three year period, most of them just let it go. Second offence for 15 or less over, they usually start raising rates or add a small surcharge.

He fails to remember $1.40 gasoline i summer of '08 VS $0.95 gas in '07, and the fact that road fatalities were reduced continent-wide, mostly (99%) due to the fact of expensive gas ...
