Quebec has a reciprocal agreement with Ontario, so Quebec will provide Ontario with the conviction information and this will be recorded onto the Ontario driver’s licence record and the applicable demerit points will be applied. However Quebec does not have the authority to suspend a license it did not issue for unpaid fines. In Ontario, the MTO does not have the authority to force the driver to pay an out-of-province ticket. The MTO can't prevent you from renewing your driver's licence or registration for an unpaid ticket from another province, the way it would for an unpaid ticket at home. But, if you go back to a province where you have unpaid tickets, you could get pulled over.

Not only just pulled over, but charged with driving under suspension. Not quite sure what the fine is in Quebec. Ontario fine is not less than $1000 and a mandatory further 6 month suspension..
