You know, maybe they should ban parents from buying souped-up cars for their kids. Maybe they should hold parents accountable when they don't take the keys away from their kids when they drive like Mulcahy's son. Reasonable? Not really, but to a certain extent that'd make more sense than these new laws.

You should plead not guilty (the trial option) and see the disclosure. It will be mailed to you once you request it, no need picking it up. See a prosecutor on one of the dates that will be provided about lowering your charge to 15 over. In the worst case scenario 29 over is the worst you will be charged with.

I've heard this rough formula, that is the length of braking travel in metres roughly equals 1/2 of your speed in kilometres per hour, that is if you are going 100 KMH it will take about 50 m to stop (that ties with 42 m to stop + reaction time to press the brake). Just a good short way of measuring your stoppage distance. Works for cars only.
