First off, send in your ticket with the 3-rd option checked off as well as a request for disclosure. Well on speeding ticket the last 2 digit of the plate nuber is so unreadble "641" seems like 6Y1 or 611. but It seems clear on other 2 tickets. Lol I've heard of a case in Germany a couple of years ago, when, in heavy fog, 2 drivers were driving 20 km/h each, in opposite directions, on the same road, with their heads stuck out to see the midroad line. Both had major concussions, but not a scratch on their cars...
