It is much harder to compare Montana to Ontario given how low the population and population density of Montana is, compared to Southern Ontario. Also, Ontario's highways are safer...

First off, send in your ticket with the 3-rd option checked off as well as a request for disclosure. Mail them using registered post (it'll be a little bit more, around $5, but you have the proof that you have sent the request for disclosure, and it makes sure that the court will receive your ticket). I wish I could put my ticket on here and showed you guys so you could see it. Well on speeding ticket the last 2 digit of the plate nuber is so unreadble "641" seems like 6Y1 or 611. but It seems clear on other 2 tickets. The year of the vehicle is 2002 put he puted 09. as I said address is danforth ave but "rth" is like not even english letter ...
