Unfortunately, for the impound fees, no. Hence the outcry about this whole law, besides the fact that it is unconstitutional.
Suspension has "never happened" as a result of lower charge. When you are filling out an insurance app, you can state that your license has never been suspended.

Re: Top 10 driver pet peeves (Toronto Police survey)
Or those idiots who, seeing your signal to enter their lane, speed UP in order to prevent you from executing a safe lane change for no other reason than just because they are feeling territorial on a public highway?
This might be part of the reason why Toronto drivers do not use their signals when changing lanes. Not a justification, but an ...

I have used fileqube in the past, they do not require registration for small files.

If you are still having trouble, PM me to arrange an email so that I can upload the file for you.

See if you can bring your dad with you to court for summons, or at least have him write out a signed letter that you were not driving and were forced to stay behind in the vehicle.

Re: Need help for husband
Perhaps calling the court might help clear out the issue. If the license was suspended due to an additional fee that was not billed at the same charge, then the set fine is incorrect. There are precedents where the wrong fines have resulted in tickets being quashed.

Re: $200.00
There where 2 of us who both got $200.00 fines and reductions to driving with an invalid licence. One guy got $1,000.00 fine and a further 6 month's suspension.
might be b/c the "one guy" had priors. I most recently convicted a driver for his 10th time and he received $2000 fine, 6 month suspension and 30 days in jail.

The worst thing you did was telling him you drove. You should have kept telling him that you didn't drive the car.
