Viper, I think there can't be as much time as needed. How about reasonable 5-10 min max in my eyes is more than sufficient.

I know that it can be viewed through ICON which is a court based records management system but I have never seen it on regular MTO Driver's Abstracts.

The average person expels /processes about 15mg of alcohol per hour. So you probably would have some high readings if you were caught driving the previous night.

What the JP would have been referring to was on trial date. How ridiculous would it be if disclosure is sent to everyone that gets a ticket even if they don't ask for it. If you are at trial and haven't got it, im sure the prosecutor would just hand you a copy then you're stuck deciding what to do. You can ask for an adjournment, but its no ...
