I was wondering the other day, if you get two tickets by the same officer on the same day, and if you are two file an 11(b) motion after receiving the court date, is it one procedure (set of documents) for both tickets? Or do you have to file both tickets separately?
How would they have evidence that it is you driving? anyone could be driving the car, same goes for parking tickets, it just gets sent(or billed) to the owner. If they have no reasonable evidence (ie. photos) I'd say anyone could have a good defence.

What if they want to give the owner of a vehicle who resides in the address a ticket for a traffic offense that occurred days ago? For example, cops didn't witness the offence, a witness called the cops and informed license plate.
