Re: Disobey stop sign
you have potentially 2 convictions, which is not a good place to be, (insurance wise) it's either 2 or 3 convictions and there is a highly likely chance they will drop you, depending on your insurance company

Re: Disobey stop sign
What I mean is, sometimes cops will give you a ticket,.... for something, then tell you, "I'll give you a break,I'll only do you for xyz instead of abc, so you' only get a smaller fine and less points"
So you think there doing you a favour, in so far as a smaller fine, "BUT" as far as insurance are concerned, a conviction is a conviction is a ...

I believe the standard clause is that "the owner shall not drive or allow the vehicle to be driven unless that person is authorized by law to drive it." This is more a matter if the driver lets their licence become invalid or suspended but could also apply to plate validations. Court rulings have come down in favor of drivers against ...

there's a car that's been parking on the road near my house, 1 door down,
usually on the road and not on the driveway, most of the day and all night,
as per "On-Street Parking: Parking on City streets is limited to three hours, unless otherwise posted. This offence is enforced on a ...

re-reading the post ... and THIS IS JUST an IMHO
I don't think anyone will come knocking, they didnt want to get involved with an insurance claim, possibly not having insurance or having a high insurance,
otherwise they would have got out and your daughter and them would have had a conversation
sometimes its ALWAYS GOOD just to get out (don't ...

you get into a FB, both parties wait, the both parties drive off, "not examining the cars"
without getting out and looking how did EITHER party know the damage was minor.
whoes fault was it? was it a 50/50
other than the legal stuff, that's a part I don't understand, was it a small gentle "kiss off" or more
cars are designed to break easily ...

I can see how it works for a "crime" or "criminality" but speeding convictions... doesn't make sense
