Re: Missing Sign Posted (Northbound) yet showing Southbound.
You can disagree all you want. There is zero chance that because of your speeding ticket the officer went to the municipality and had them erect speed signs. Zero.....it just doesn't work that way. Municipal crews are not just sitting around waiting for work to do to help a copper justify a run of the mill speeding ticket. This ticket is clearly a ...

There is no correlation between your tickets and the signs going up. It takes waaaaaaaaaaaaay longer for things to happen. That's just a coincidence so I wouldn't waste too much mental energy on that aspect of this.

Re: number plates
If you got vanity plates with the same number you could argue that having the UK plates on as well did not do anything to confuse the identity of the Ontario number plate as you are simply showing it a second time. Of course it all depends on what the road-side copper thinks and then, ultimately, the judge.

Re: Red Light - Fail To Stop
oh oops, i was supposed to post this on this thread, not my other one but...
One defense a paralegal told me about was...
The cop was not looking at the same light as me, he was in front of me on the opposite side so therefore he wasn't looking at the same light as me, therefore my light could've been yellow and his could've been red.
Unless he ...

Unlucky duck. You have to reveal tickets, suspensions to your insurance company. If not they can refuse to pay.

On what grounds do they think they can get it dismissed. Without knowing that it's too easy for them to say, "sorry we could only get it reduced".

Re: Question re: Right turn on red with green left arrow
It's just saying that the 2 sections sort of talk about the same thing. It's like when the bible was only in Latin so people had to go to the clergy to have it explained; today we have lawyers who write in stupidity so we need to pay them lots of money to make sense of it.

Re: Question re: Right turn on red with green left arrow
No. You may turn in the direction of a green arrow without stopping and you may also make certain turns after stopping.
