That happens on every collision with a charge. All evidence from someon other than the police. Similiar to someone "cut me off" calls in to police and maintains sight until stopped by police. Statement to police and a charge can be laid based on the evidence of the other ...

A blog is basically a way to express yourself kind of similar to an online Diary.

Each new blog entry would be displayed on your blog page, and other members would be able to read and comment on your blog posts ...

Well Senior as in regular posters with 50+ posts would be good.

YOU would get your OWN personal Blog space, URL, and you can receive comments to your posts.

Absolutely no reason to go in the ditch. Weather is not a factor, it is the motorist who fails to adapt to the weather, again it's Canada, drivers should expect it. If the weather is the factor....why is every vehicle not in?
