The person must be with you. But whos to say you didnt leave him there to drive to McDonalds for a coffee then come back and re-park there?

So you are wondering if writing the incorrect ACT but correct SECTION could be considered a fatal error?
I think it is not a fatal error, because it could be easily ammended and the Section is correct.

That wouldnt be clear to me, why would I stop just because there is a parked school bus on the side of the road? Doesnt add up. Its the bus drivers duty to make sure the bus is safely stopped before also just displaying the stop sign. You can stop for no reason, I wouldnt.
