Re: obstruct plate

We as human beings have a right to travel freely. It is clearly stated under Common law... I will get the exact location of that 'right' and post.

Highways are highways...doesn't matter whether its a 400 series or a country gravel road !!

This may help you understand the situation as per US proven cases....

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

Remember the HTA is an ACT not LAW.... it is a legislation that carries the enforcement of law only with OUR CONSENT.

You are wrong... according to the Bill of Rights..we have a RIGHT to travel on our highways....it is a RIGHT.... not a privilige as we are brainwashed into believing. Look it up....

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

Cruiser could have been stolen, could it not ? I personally do not view a police officer as a superior being to myself...so I would be as discerning with one as I would with any other human being.

We are not obliged to give any info to an officer uniformed or otherwise unless we are operating a registered vehicle.....or engaged in a crime that ...

Re: Court proceedings?

Several years ago I was in a similar situation to you Dimension... I measured the distance and had all of my information at hand. I had NOT gone through an amber light as accused. Once I was in court the JP running the show said " You may believe you did not go through an amber light but our police officers are not paid to lie" Needless to say this ...

Re: obstruct plate

Because they do not have the right to abuse our rights. It's that simple. By law (not statute as statutes are NOT laws) we are NOT obliged to do anything that interferes with our rights and freedoms. We cannot be forced to sign or agree to anything. Signing is a voluntary movement of ours.....we do not have to do it. Also, you need to remember that ...

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

.....also remember you have the right to ask a peace officer (on duty or not) for 3 pieces of identification to verify his claim of who he says he is... If he cant provide ....ignore him.

Now that part is BS....there is not 3 pieces of ID. There is only 1 piece of ID that would identify an officer.

There are cases (assault police) that have ...

Re: Charged with almost impaired?

Unbelievable!! How can anyone condone the actions of an impaired driving.

Well first of all you must remember that EVERYONE is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Also you must realise that not all impaired tickets/charges that are written are based on proof of claim.

I think we have the RIGHT to fight anything that we want to fight. The trouble is ...

Re: Unbelievable Trial Yesterday - Disobey Sign - HTA 182 (2)

What happened was a fraudulent trial. It's not a loophole to ask to have a clear understanding...it is a RIGHT. We all have a RIGHT to a fair trial. It cannot be fair if the evidence is not disclosed in its entirety.

No-one has a right to enter a plea for you either...that is fraudulent practice. only an accused can enter a plea. Therefore what ...

Oh for goodness sake... Don't accept any ticket from him. Why on earth would you sit there waiting for him. You should have told you you don't accept a ticket, you didn't do what he said you did...simple...do not accept a ticket from him...don't sign anything at all.... he has to pass the ticket to you directly and you have to accept it for it to ...

Re: obstruct plate

Having a dirty plate isn't a criminal offense (no criminal record associated with it obviously) so therefore it is not a crime. Yeah that's basically the definition of a crime: something that the government deems to be a criminal offense.

Actually that is not lawful or true...

Our laws and rights are based on pre-government law. Thats known as ...

Re: obstruct plate

What/who is actually being obstructed by being unable to see the word Ontario ?

The most important, I'm guessing is for the public to see the plate, in wondering why there are many reasons..
- hit and run
- robberies
- abductions / AMBER ALERTS
etc..

Proper plate information is critical to locating and apprehending the vehicle and persons ...
