We as human beings have a right to travel freely. It is clearly stated under Common law... I will get the exact location of that 'right' and post.
Highways are highways...doesn't matter whether its a 400 series or a country gravel road !!
This may help you understand the situation as per US proven cases....

You are wrong... according to the Bill of Rights..we have a RIGHT to travel on our highways....it is a RIGHT.... not a privilige as we are brainwashed into believing. Look it up....Squishy wrote:Getting a license plate and a driver's license are not rights. If the terms are violated then the privelege can be revoked.

Cruiser could have been stolen, could it not ? I personally do not view a police officer as a superior being to myself...so I would be as discerning with one as I would with any other human being.

Several years ago I was in a similar situation to you Dimension... I measured the distance and had all of my information at hand. I had NOT gone through an amber light as accused. Once I was in court the JP running the show said " You may believe you did not go through an amber light but our police officers are not paid to lie" Needless to say this ...

Because they do not have the right to abuse our rights. It's that simple. By law (not statute as statutes are NOT laws) we are NOT obliged to do anything that interferes with our rights and freedoms. We cannot be forced to sign or agree to anything. Signing is a voluntary movement of ours.....we do not have to do it. Also, you need to remember that ...

.....also remember you have the right to ask a peace officer (on duty or not) for 3 pieces of identification to verify his claim of who he says he is... If he cant provide ....ignore him.
Now that part is BS....there is not 3 pieces of ID. There is only 1 piece of ID that would identify an officer.

Unbelievable!! How can anyone condone the actions of an impaired driving.
Well first of all you must remember that EVERYONE is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Also you must realise that not all impaired tickets/charges that are written are based on proof of claim.

What happened was a fraudulent trial. It's not a loophole to ask to have a clear understanding...it is a RIGHT. We all have a RIGHT to a fair trial. It cannot be fair if the evidence is not disclosed in its entirety.

Having a dirty plate isn't a criminal offense (no criminal record associated with it obviously) so therefore it is not a crime. Yeah that's basically the definition of a crime: something that the government deems to be a criminal offense.

The most important, I'm guessing is for the public to see the plate, in wondering why there are many reasons..
- hit and run
- robberies
- abductions / AMBER ALERTS
etc..

Re: Unbelievable Trial Yesterday - Disobey Sign - HTA 182 (2)
Doesn't the law require that any person charged, needs to fully understand the charges against them. ? By that I take it that it means that they (the accused) are to be given all they need in order to obtain that understanding. Surely disclosures are a main component of understanding anything that one is charged with ?

Also if everyone without picture ID on their body or close at hand when stopped in a vehicle (and stopped for no good reason after following said car from the owners own residence I might add ) there would be a hell of a lot of people being arrested for no good reason.
