Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

Respectfully....I don't agree.... we shall have to agree to differ !

If a car isn't registered it would be theft to seize it !

Why would you pay a fine for not registering something you have paid for ? By registering something you are handing it over to a new owner. An owner that can impound it whenever they feel they want to. Do we really need ...

Re: obstruct plate

I can show you a few successes...but first I am interested in hearing what people have to say on the matter. Your desire to learn more is quite uplifting.

Just because you are a 'resident' of a place does not mean you have to consent to anything...free will comes into play with all consents.

A plant is a resident of a place, but it cannot ...

Re: obstruct plate

Then maybe instead of a licence which requires our consent.... why dont they give a certificate of competency which would not require our signatures? It would amount to the same, in that our competency to not be a danger is proven. My point is: they do not need our consent ... it is not neccessary to have people enter into contracts to prove their ...

Re: obstruct plate

Education is not free, government forces us to send kids there.. Our property tax pays for that....before we have children, while we have children and until we die we pay taxes for education. I can not imagine the rise if we had to foot the bill for education beyond high school, those persons are old enough to get their butt out of the house and ...

Re: obstruct plate

Squishy... If you harm yourself or cause injury to yourself because of your actions maybe you could be classed as certifiably insane.... just a thought !!!

We have a natural right to do so (re: your bolded sentence) also insofar as a motor vehicle being a dangerous weapon.....the same could be said of a lawnmower !!!!

Quoting from an ACT is no ...

 Are there really no roads up to there? I should go exploring someday with the Escape.

Hey! I can demand the government supply me with a plane and flying lessons because I want to travel there. I KNOW MY RIGHTS!

Actually you are learning.... We actually do have a right to Education... which is clear when you see that so far children are ...

Re: obstruct plate

You miss the point ...

You are bound by common law remember ? So you will be committing a crime if you cause harm loss or injury to anyone. If you were to attempt to fly a plane and cause it to land on property or a human being you would be liable to be tried under common law....Under common law we are all responsible for causing harm to anyone or ...

Re: obstruct plate

I am saying we have a right to travel PERIOD. people were driving motororised vehicles before the Highway Traffic Act ever was !!!!!!

And YES... Acts require our consent... try getting a drivers licence without signing anything.... or buying a car or getting plates or getting a new ownershipo...all require signatures.... in other words CONSENT ...

Re: Disclosure request content

Try using a Notary. A notary is considered like a judge in that what they sign is unquestionable PROOF. If they do not respond to a notarised demand then send a notice (again notarised) that recognises their failure to respond.... this keeps a proven paper trail that cannot be refuted. It will serve as proof that your requests were not honoured ...

Re: obstruct plate

This may help you understand the situation as per US proven cases....

Don't recall that Ontario is in the USA......NEXT..

Actually whether or not Ontario is in US or not is not the issue... LAW is based on Common Laws both in the USA UK and Canada. We have a RIGHT to travel which stems from Magna Carta and the UK Bill of Rights. Canada is a ...

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

Actually Squishy we can as individuals withdraw our consent to be governed... people are actually doing it. That does not mean that they are unlawful...on the contrary, they are bound by pre government law and should they commit a crime under that law will be dealt with in a court of common law.

Actually... why dont you test your theory ...

Re: Unbelievable Trial Yesterday - Disobey Sign - HTA 182 (2)

Acts are not laws.... but legislations created to bring in REVENUE....

In other words a business... Province of Ontario is a corporation and trades as a business just like the police dept does. I think they should change the name from Ontario Court of Justice to Ontario Court of Business.

Re: Unbelievable Trial Yesterday - Disobey Sign - HTA 182 (2)

You have to remember.... although the TRUTH is that we have a RIGHT to a fair trial...it is highly unlikely that we will get one. the reason is:

You are the defendant and you represent self.

The plaintiff is 'Province of Ontario.'

Who does the prosecutor represent ?

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking

A government can only rule with the consent of the people. If a human being removes that consent... the government has no power over that individual unless he/she commits an offence under common law.

Laws that precedes government are irrefutable laws and remain till this day. Acts are legislations brought in by elected governments and are supposed ...

Re: Court proceedings?

Well when you get chance to put your questions to your accuser maybe ask him if he belives the charge is a valid cause of action... he will say yes.... then ask him what are the elements of a valid cause of action..... he wont have a clue !!! and if he does you have won your case... because he will proceed to tell you that which does not apply to ...
