So my fiance got pulled over by the opp and found out his license was suspended and his insurance was expired. The officer took his license and gave him a court date in New Market (we live in Scarborough). He wasn't aware of his suspended license because he moved 3 times and forgot to change his address on his license. It's been over a year now since his license was taken and since he found out about his suspension. He doesn't remember his license # so I don't know how he can check how much his fines are. And I don't know when he can get his license back/re-instated. Any advice? *** Also, am I allowed to check how much his fines are at the courts . He works a lot and barely gets time off ***
