Didn't Learn The First Time
A Cadillac, called in for speeding excessively (205 km/h) and slaloming in and out of traffic on the eastbound 401 in Essex County, crashed just as it entered the Chatham area this morning.
It wasn't the first time he was caught doing 205. He was clocked doing the same speed back in March.
