now my court date is next week, i have sent to disclosure requests using the template from ticketcombat, but i have not receivec any reply.
my plan is to go in next week and ask for an adjournment for not having my case ready due to lack of disclosure from prosecutor.
Is this my best option?

You could try calling the court house to find out the status of your disclosure, but your plan sounds appropriate given the circumstances.
