Foot Path Bylaw
Hello all,
I received a ticket today and the violation was "Fail to stop before foot path". The fine is small but looking to fight it in court to get the ticket dropped. Would this be a wise choice or does this ticket have no effect on my insurance?
Any guidance for this ticket is MUCH appreciated.
Thanks
Drew

Re: Foot Path Bylaw
What city is the by-law in?
Normally this board deals with HTA matters only

The majority of times bylaw offences will not appear on your abstract and won't impact your insurance. The only exception I'm aware of are bylaws relating to prohibited turns at intersections.
