60 km/h speed limit, days, 1 unmarked unit, radar. Sits near the Leon's building in the parking lot using radar to clock vehicles travelling in both directions on Division. Traffic stops usually begin at 10-15 km/h over speed limit and Windsor Police traffic unit generally does not reduce the charges or give warnings.
