Failing To Stop. Stop Sign Was Obstructed By A Van

Unread post by dguarasci »

I will keep this short. I was pulled over and ticketed for failing to stop. I was approaching the intersection which is a four-way stop and my wife shouted "stop sign". After I was given the ticket we both were wondering how the sign was missed. I looped around the block and there was a van blocking the sign. Any advice would be great. We didn't have our phones that day but we went back after deciding to fight the ticket and took pics. They are just to big of files to upload

Let me know

You should fight it based off that. How can you stop for something you can't see? Look on Ticket Combat for advise on how to enter those pictures into evidence. Good luck!
