Got Into Accident, Whose Fault Is It?

I was reversing out of a parking lot and so was another girl. Our cars hit each other. She was reversing out and then stopped to change gear and about to move forward (but still partially both on the road and in her parking spot)

I didn't notice her car in time and reversed into its back corner literally the moment she came to a stop. Whose at fault in this accident?
