Failed To Show Card And Speeding (reduced To) 10 Over

by: Layhee on

I just got a speeding 10 over and fail to show insurance card. Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act S. 3(1) and Highway Traffic Act S.128. The speeding was actually 21 over but reduced on the spot to 10 over. I have a speeding conviction from 2 years ago for 15 over (reduced from 35 over).

Whats the best way to get both tickets dropped? I know the insurance one they tend to drop at first attendance if you show your valid insurance, but how do I mastermind getting both dropped? Is it worth trying to get them to change the speeding to a non moving violation like excessive noise (as far as insurance goes)?

My plan is to request first attendance for both tickets but to mail them in 4 or 5 days apart. This way maybe I can get separate dates for the two tickets and the fact that he lets the insurance slide will not impact his decision to let the speeding go or not. Thoughts?

Thanks in advanced for your help
