by: man29man1 on

I got a speeding ticket(60 km/hr limit exceeded by 20 km/hr) on 29th April 2009 and paid $95 fine and received 3 demerit points. Now I am planing to apply for driving instructors course how can I get rid of 3 demerit points by appealing at Brampton court. I want to do it myself so please advise with the procedure. Any other options available to me. :(

Unfortunately, the courts have no control over demerit points. If you have been convicted, there is no way to get rid of the points... unless you get the conviction tossed.

* The above is NOT legal advice. By acting on anything I have said, you assume responsibility for any outcome and consequences. *
