Forgot To Check The Box Requesting The Cop To Be Present

Unread post by sammy__98 »

hi all,

I was in such a hurry at the traffic court place and I've never been through this before that I accidentally forgot to check the box requesting the cops presence for the trial date. Is there anyway to correct this? It happened about 2-3 weeks ago. Please someone help me.

I would say go back to that court and tell the clerk about it.

Then the officer is not notified and you win your trial for a no show :?:

Well the wild guess would be that the clerk with a half brain tells that to the prosecutor, who then notifies the cop, and then it's all fair again
