I have to agree with everyone else there is no cost effective way to fight this one. When you add up all the time off of work and the running around you would have to do to fight this it is probably not worth it.

If it were me I would go with either a paralegal or an attorney that specializes in traffic law. Criminal lawyers don't spend much time in traffic court so they won't have a lot experience dealing with this kind of case.
