i tryed searching this up on the website and no one really has confirmed this but i was givin a ticket for speeding and its all filled out correctly except the officer didnt sign it... was just wondering if thats improperly filled out and hopefully i can just get it shot out

Now, I am just wondering if I will be relying upon evidence of my own at trial... do I have to voluntarily send this material to the Crown in a reasonable time before the trial, or only if they request disclosure from me?
