I need a clean drivers abstract for a job so before I pay for one that might be *dirty, I thought I'd ask... I recently got a ticket for using a hand held device while driving, even though it was a bogus ticket. Anyway, I showed up to court and they automatically lowered it from $155 to $60 or $80 (can't remember because with taxes I think it ended up being in the $80 range). I also can't recall what the heck she said the new charge was.. something about distracted while stopped or some bullcrap!? So my question is, will that make my drivers abstract *dirty? (note: haven't done anything else in the past 3 years that would be on there) Thanks in advance for your help!
