Out-of-city parking ticket appeal
Hi guys,
So I got a parking ticket while being out-of-city travelling (it's still in Ontario), in this case, do I have to go file the Notice of Appeal in court, AND go to court, both in that other city that I was staying at while travelling, not where I currently live? And is it true that it can take up to months before I can receive Notice of Trial, from the day I submitted the notice to appeal?

Yes to all of those. I assume you're talking about the same ticket that you mentioned in the other post?
A friend of mine was charged a while back for Careless, just becuz he rear ended a driver who didn't have the right of way, and came right in front of my friends car, basically cutting him off and making him rear end him.
Are there any defense strategies for such a case?
