I got a speeding ticket(60 km/hr limit exceeded by 20 km/hr) on 29th April 2009 and paid $95 fine and received 3 demerit points. Now I am planing to apply for driving instructors course how can I get rid of 3 demerit points by appealing at Brampton court. I want to do it myself so please advise with the procedure. Any other options available to me.

Unfortunately, the courts have no control over demerit points. If you have been convicted, there is no way to get rid of the points... unless you get the conviction tossed.
