Default suspension bogus
Several months ago I got a speeding ticket (bogus) Ihave not had a ticket in 30 years. I checked off the box to have prosecutor call me to discuss. Never got a call and now they have suspended my license. I am going to pay whatever I have to to get it back as fast as I can.
Is there any way to fight this after the fact ?

Don't pay anything, if you pay the fine that will be taken as an admission of guilt on your part and you won't be able to fight the ticket later. What you should do is go to the court house first thing on Monday and apply to have your case reopened. If your application to reopen is granted your licence will be reinstated.
