Received speeding ticket 95 km/hour at 60 zone
incident happened on 27 November 2017, he gave ticket for 265$ for the charge of speeding 95 at 60 zone. Definitely i was over speed but not sure it was 95. Filed for not guilty and got date for hearing exactly after one year. My hearing date is on 26 November 2018 (exact one year). I requested disclosure and received it. My question is can i file 11(b) since it is more than 11 months? If Yes, is it loo late now? i only have hardly 39 days left for hearing.
