Dose anyone know where I can download the User Manual for Genesis II Directional Radar?
The prosecutor refused to provide me this manual in disclosure and asked me to contact the OPP branch to view the manual.
I tried to contact the OPP officer who issued the speeding ticket numerous times, but no response. And the OPP branch is more than 3 hours drive away.
I can't find the manual online. If anyone can help, I would be very very appreciate.

I'm not aware of any online PDF version of the manual. That being said, if you can show that the manual is relevant to your defence, the Crown has an obligation to provide a copy. If you haven't received the manual prior to trial, I'd notify the JP and ask for an adjournement until you obtain it. FYI they don't usually provide you with the whole manual, usually just the sections relevant to testing.
