I get poed so police question borrowed vehicle owner and charge her with not having ins. she goes to court is found quilty and fined borrowed vehicle is gone no problems there, but now the vehicle I hit ins. company is telling me I have to pay for damage to there insured vehicle if I don t pay they will take me to court.
