Here is the story, I was followed by a gentleman on a bike,when a turn on the light left turn , the gentleman that was to close at the back apllied the front brake of his bike he crashed, there was no collision with my vehicle. the cop show up and I ended up with careless driving Any advise please?

I don't understand why you were charged with careless. Based on your short synopsis, there is no basis for the charge. Is there some additional details you've left out? Did the officer explain to you why he was charging you?
