Open Liquor (boat)
Is there any other repercussions for open liquor on boat OTHER than the set fine? Is there demerit point or any other related issues?

Re: Impaired Boating
Personally I think the boating laws should be the same as on land. You can't get an impaired on a bicycle so why should you get an impaired in a kayak ? Motorised boat ? Absolutely.

I stand corrected. That's one screwed up definition.

Re: Open Liquor (boat)
I know the OPP charged a pedal boat driver with Impaired in 2011.
The charges were withdrawn by the crown so there was no precedent set.
