So i got pulled over without insurance and 5 other stupid things that go with it. Save me the fine amounts and oh im a shitty person whatever whatever, what can i do to get the charge reduced. The cop suggested getting insurance or selling the car. Is this going to have to be before the court date or do i talk to the prosecutor first and move from there. I am 22 years old and have never had a any police business in my life. Also can the court check my bank account if i say something along the lines i work a minimum wage job and have no money to pay a huge fine like 5k.
