Hi I have a court date this Wednesday for failing to come to a complete stop before turning right on a red. I was reading that in order for the photos to be considered evidence they need to have the date, time, and location superimposed on them. It has the date and time but no location other than a code number. Everyone seems to refer to Waterloo v. Yan, 2004, but I was wondering if this still applies. As well, any other help would be much appreciated.
