The officer got 3 readings of you doing 85...you were doing a steady speed of 85...no angles, no typos...good notes by the officer...

Is it sufficient for the officer to say he tested the device before and after the stop? Is he not required to show his log book entries or anything similar that would show the times of such tests (to confirm they were, indeed, before and after the stop)?

Missing radar test times "before and after " is good but very vague ..tested before and after the stop ? .. 2 days before and 2 days after ? Could always try that angle that's really about it the notes seem to be well done aside from that. Are there any other copies of notebook entries for test times ?

yeah no angles I guess I took the deal in the end. 75 in a 60 no demerit points. in my city even if I had an angle I wouldn't get far so whatever. I actually think I got a little lucky this time because I think his gun was inaccurate in my favor or he cut me a break (respect to him if that's the case).
