Yes. You were convicted in Quebec and that is on your Dl so it goes to your Ontario DL when you transfer over. Doesn't matter that they are for an offense that has no points in Ontario.

Is it really true that there are no demerit points for offenses committed on a bicycle in Ontario? Do such offenses appear on your driver's license abstract? I assume that an offender would be subject to the same fines as a car driver for the same offense?

All fines are identical for offences committed while driving a motor vehicle, riding a bicycle or power assisted bicycle.


However, under section 46 of the HTA dealing with default fines, your licence can be suspended for non payment of any fine.
