Unpaid Fine And License Suspension

Unread post by mahlicense »

Hello,

I hope I'm ok to post this here, I have a somewhat inane question in that I wasn't able to pay a ticket due to fund issues over a year ago and my license was suspended as a result. I'm good to pay it now but I don't have the information on exactly how much I owe or how I can pay it anymore. I've tried googling it to see who I can call or contact to get this info but I've struck out and thought maybe someone here could point me in the right direction.

Thanks,

Mah License

call the court that deals with Provincial Offences Notice and ask them how much is outstanding for the fine, once that is paid you will have to go to MTO and pay a reinstatement fee with the MTO, somewhere in area of $150

Above is merely a suggestion/thought and in no way constitutes legal advice or views of my employer. www.OHTA.ca

I've actually paid the reinstatement fee already because I can do that at any mto branch lol. So provincial offences notice, thanks!
