Cross Examination Of Police Officer

by: bdmac on

I am going to trial to fight a speeding ticket (85 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone). I am sure that I was not driving that fast and am hoping to figure out why the radar reading was so high.

I have received disclosure (Officers notes, Radar Manual (Genesis II Directional). I was stopped by on a single lane road by an officer who was driving in the opposite direction.

I would appreciate any suggestions on questions I could ask during my cross examination of the officer.
