Can I Change My Mind About Fighting A Ticket?

by: Crell on

I've been charged with Young Driver BAC Above Zero (Sect. 44.1(5)) and was also going to be charged with a criminal charge of Over 80, but the crown dismissed the case. My lawyer suggested that I should fight the BAC Above zero ticket as well so I sent it in before knowing about the Over 80 charge being thrown out. Now I don't want to have to go to court and try to fight this ticket, that I will more then likely not win and would rather pay the $110. Is this allowed and if so how do I go about paying it?

I would do that, but the reason I don't want to go to court is because it is in another town 3.5 hours away and I dont want to have to take the day off work just to lose.
