Ticket Errors

by: Bluegirl on

Are they allowed to use short forms for street names ie Westdel Brne instead of Westdel Bourne?

The rest of the world spells the street name as "Beechnut" but the MTO spells it "Beachnut". Is this considered an error enough to eliminate a ticket?

Do they have to check off the "Motor Vehicle Involved" box, or the "Witnesses". All that is ticked off is the "Collision Involved" box.

Just wondering....

yes, can use short forms. The check box is used if NO motor vehicle is involved with the offence. And having read the other post, do not even need a witness for that one!
