Re: Anyone had a ticket reverted to the original speed?
No its NOT a scare tactic.
A friend of mine recently fought his ticket in court, one that was reduced road side by the officer. He lost at trial and the full fine and conviction was applied.

Re: G1, G2, fully licensed definition
A G Licence is actually your FULL Licence in Ontario.
G1 is basically learners, G2 is still not FULL its with limitations. G is your FULL Licence in Ontario.
And you need to have a Licence for 4 years + and be G Licenced to drive around with a G1 holder.

Its possible to be charged with all those at the same time. Your case seems serious.
You should probably first contact a Paralegal/Lawyer if you have that many charges.
DON'T PLEAD GUILTY FOR NO REASON! You have alot of charges there.
Just send in your tickets to the address and choose option 3.
You can go to talk to the prosecutor that way ...

Drivers who pull up beyond the white line and obstructing the view for other Drivers who want to make a Right Turn on a red light!
I notice this alot! Drivers are not stopping at or before the line, and then other drivers who want to make a right turn have to pull up even further just to see the traffic!

Re: I hit a parked car while backing out of my driveway
As Stanton points out, we don't know what your charged with, therefore, its almost impossible to suggest any opinion and advice.
If you think its something you can't handle then I would suggest contacting a Paralegal about it.
If your still confused please dont hesitate to ask here!

Re: CHASED BY SOMEONE, HIT HIS CAR AS HE BLOCKED ME, "HELP"
IF the police officer actually said this to you "you hit honest peoples car and run.... DONT LIE TO ME, or my fist will meet your nose". I would go look into this:

A car can be used as a dangereous weapon, if you were scared, regardless if you flipped the guy off, he can't chase you around the city cutting you ...
