Broken head light cover I know it is illegal to drive with a broken headlight but what if the light bulb still works and its just the headlight cover that's smashed?? cuz i'm thinking of just supergluing all the pieces together lol.

I think I figured out what it means. I think it just means a novice driver who isn't the owner of the car but has permit to drive it.
