I agree with the information that it is still a turn.
I suggest you call some other companies, 560 dollars is too much, If you shop around you should be able to get a cheaper price.
Where did this happen? What court is it for?

No Insurance card
Usually if you go to the court and show the valid insurance card for the day the officer stopped you they will withdraw this type of ticket.
There is no defense, either you had a valid insurance card to show the officer, or you didn't....

Careless Driving
Having appeared many times in the Whitby Court, and considering the circumstances the prosecutor there will reduce the charge to a fail to yield charge for sure.
You should still try to get this to proceed to trial as you may be able to have the charge dropped completely if something goes wrong with the case.

Ran out of time for Traffic Ticket
The first thing is you have to go back to the court and find out what happened to your case.
If it was Appeal court the case may have been marked as abandoned, or the prosecutor may have adjourned it for you.

Speeding Ticket
What you want to do is file the ticket for a trial date, then on the trial date you can appear in court. If the officer is there then you can just say that you want to plead guilty to the charge and if the officer is not there they will usually withdraw the charge.

Expired Licence
You don't need the disclosure for an expired drivers license ticket. Most times if you come to court with your license renewed and up to date the prosecutor will drop the charge for you.

Its a City of Toronto Bylaw offence, it has no demerit points on it, and most likely will not appear on your driving record.

Red Light ticket
The minor errors are not fatal to the charge, and will not get the ticket canceled. Minor mistakes are fixable by the prosecutor at the court. Take what you read on Ticket Wombat with caution, its not always right and open to interpretation...

Stop Sign Ticket,
Not returning your documents has nothing to do with whether the ticket is valid or not. Call the officer and get your documents back.

Careless Driving - The right answer
As everyone told you Careless Driving is a serious charge, with 6 points and dramatic insurance increases.
What you want to do is go to the court and ask for a "trial date". You do not want to meet the prosecutor to talk about your charge. If you meet the prosecutor they will offer to reduce the charge, but you always want to win the case if you ...

Wrong Fine on Traffic Ticket
Unfortunately that case law is not valid any more, the fine does not have to be correct on a traffic ticket. You have no grounds for the appeal, the Justice will not quash the ticket for this offense.
If you have any questions about an appeal, a licensed paralegal should be able review this for you at no charge and give you the right answers.

Crown Adjournment notice
I think you should speak to a knowledgeable paralegal as to how best deal with this motion.
It appears by your post that the prosecutor has properly applied for the change of date, but there are other issues about this that should not be posted in a public forum.
