The time frame you were asking for was:
Feb 3 2010 was when I got stop by the police
March 25 1st court date( I adjorned it because I left ontario)
July 22 2nd court date ( but no interpreter, therefore the JP delay again)
November 10 3rd court date which is coming in a month!

on July 9 I called and ask if they have the disclosure yet, they said no
so, on July 22 I came out in court but there was no disclosure AND no interpreter! JP change court date until Nov, 10 because there is no interpreter! not mentioning anything about missing ...

If I agree to pay the lower fine , would they reduce it down to zero point?

of not, how do I file for 11b?
and what reason is most acceptable by the judge?

you can show pictures to the judge? then I have some in hand, but I don't know if pictures is allow in court?

just go to the court as soon as possible to request one.

if the police said I was speeding at 84km/hr on a 50km zone
but the police only stand 50 meter after "50km begin sign"

here how it goes:
I was travelling on 70km zone
then there is 50km AHEAD sign
100 meter after that sign, it is 50km BEGIN sign
the police stop me at 50 meter after the 50begin
I was able to stop nicely without running over him ...

But why should I request the disclosure again since I already requested once and I also did a follow up call to their office? I think since I already made many attempts for the disclosure, would it be worth it to request again? or just mention to the judge it's their ...
