Re: No charges but insurance says I am at fault for accident
I'm not looking for normal "opinions" I was hoping to find some professional opinions from LEOs, Lawyers and/or people in the insurance industry specifically the investigation side.
LOL
You need to realize that the insurance laws are not perfect. You can be completely innocent in an accident but be deemed responsible by your Insurance supplier ...

Okay bud, well you go through the whole process and come back here and tell me that my advice was incorrect. *Edited by forum*
I've seen a bunch of your posts, and its really much more about HOW you are giving advice that is an issue, you have a bone to pick with almost every poster who comes here and asks for help. Maybe you should re-think why ...

Re: Pedestrian Fail to use Crosswalk aka jaywalking
Another possible explanation might be they are enforcing laws because that's what tax payers pay them to do.
Traffic enforcement is easy and lucrative for cops. Very many are on the sunshine list. They get paid overtime in many cases to show up to your court date. Some make an absolute killing from constantly going to court. It's like running a ...

Re: Is this legal?
If you notice a speed trap and you really just don't like the police - is it against the law - like obstruction of justice - to point out to others that there is a speed trap up ahead?
Can you circle around and stop somewhere ahead of the trap and hold a sign saying cops ahead or something?

+1 to that.
Also wanted to add, it's spelled 'anything', not 'anyting'. Confusing, I know.
FYI he/she did spell it correctly in the body of his post. For what ever reason many of your posts have negative connotations.

It is a criminal prohibition that is handed down by the courts. Ontario Gov't has noting to do with it other than following the courts direction.

Filled out prosecutor's disclosure reqest form .. fixable?
Hi Everyone!
(Mississauga court house near square 1)
I filed a disclosure request form yesterday just before the 9 weeks deadline. I made the mistake of using their form =( and handing it in in person
Can I still rectify this?
Your thoughts on this are very appreciated!

Thank you hwybear & viper1 for replying !
Actually just thought of a question... Do the points go off 2 years after conviction or of the 'offence' date?
Thanks very much for your help once again!

Too many points all of a sudden
I'm in a bit of a pickle and hope you generous folks don't mind shedding some light
on my situation.
I have an Ontario driver's license . I've recently received a rash of
tickets 4 of them over the last 12 months or so.
If my trials don't go well I could end up with a suspended license. My
trials are scheduled in a 3 months. I'm moving to PEI in ...
