Re: [URGENT/SERIOUS] Goin 185 KM/H on Highway (100 Limit)
Why is jail time such a bad thing in this case? 85 over is extremely fast. Almost double the posted speed limit. He showed no regard for his life or the others on the highway. I bet he wasn't driving a Ferrari or some other vehicle designed for such high speed travel (not that is really makes any difference) which makes it extremely dangerous. 1 ...

There are better ways of holding very high speeders to account .
Locking them up is beyond STUPID ! Prison should be reserved for the real criminals in society .
Community service , loss of license , speed regulator , etc .

Re: Got charged.
Unfortunately without a charge description no one can provide you proper advice.
Would be best to find an excellent driving instructor to help you improve your driving. If you know anyone who drives for a living I would bet they would be even better than a driving instructor .
Driving is a necessity and a good teacher could help make you as ...

Re: Got charged.
Hi, I unfortunately got another ticket and officers came to my residence.
Some time back while parking I my phone fell down from the dashboard and I instinctively picked it up which was a stupid think to do as I was driving blind and entering a parking spot. I scratched the door of a car. I spoke to the person payed them on the spot some money ...

Re: Ran a red light camera - seeking advice
Thanks a lot for the comments.
I had no intention of pleading not guilty and fighting it. I was just unsure that if I tried an early resolution they would see that I blatantly ran a red 37 seconds after it turned as opposed to a couple seconds as most cases seem to be and then increase my fine as a result. I didn't want to waste my time if that ...

Re: First Ticket Ever...HELPPPP!!!
Yo generally don't need any sort of letter authorizing you. You only need her to OK it. I have represented a number of my friends when they have got speeding tickets and parking tickets.
thats what my friends have told me, they just ask for verbal confirmation of authorization, like did so and so allow you to represent them...
I would take it ...

Re: Haven't heard from Court
When they told you to call them you should use something called telephone. A telephone is a device that enables one user to input a series of numbers from 0 to 9 by pressing numbered buttons. The number should be printed somewhere on back of the ticket you received. Once you find a phone and figure out how to place the call I would reference the ...

I don't answer radio calls. I don't catch "Criminals" every day. If you ask me whether I have anything better to do than give out tickets, I'll answer "No". I'm a Traffic Officer. This is what I do while on duty. My other duty is as a Collision Reconstructionist. I'd much rather be giving you a ticket than seeing you at a collision ...
